You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account security.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Any fees, subscriptions, or in‑app purchases provided through FinHap will be billed in accordance with the payment terms you select.
All payments are processed securely via our PCI‑compliant partners.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
No refunds except as required by law or as otherwise noted in our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and software on FinHap are the property of FinHap or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Service without our express written permission.

Your use of FinHap is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
